The TASER Pulse+ device is being discontinued by the manufacturer. (There ARE new units still available however.) It has been on the market since 2018, and has reached the end of its product life cycle. It will no longer be offered for sale, but AXON will continue support of the product, including the Noonlight app, and the Safe Escape Guarantee as well, as discussed below. Axon has told me that there will be a replacement available later this year, using their own proprietary wireless safety platform instead of Noonlight.

* The TASER device is a less-lethal, not non-lethal weapon, since the possibility of serious injury or death can exist whenever the weapon is deployed. Sharp barbed metal projectiles delivering an electric current are used, so misuse or abuse of the weapon increases the likelihood that serious injury or death may occur.
